Yoga is my passion. When I step on my mat, I  leave outside everything that bothers me and focus in myself and the inner nature. For me, yoga can lead to serenity, well-being and inspiration. Yoga allows me to soften my chitta Vritti “mind chatter”, and find my inner self.
